Why Get An As-Built Survey?

After constructing a new cellular site or after land improvements are performed on a cellular site an as-built survey is a good choice to show the progress to builders, along with local authorities that everything is being constructed or has been constructed horizontally, and vertically according to plan plus in compliance with government regulations. It is pertinent that an as-built survey be performed on a tower site to ensure that FAA regulations and city/state and zoning regulations are met. As-builts also help in planning any additions to an existing site.
