Due to a potential dispute with a neighbor concerning some feared encroachments into my land, I was in need of a land surveyor to stake my property boundaries. While hiring a surveyor can be an intimidating exercise for a homeowner, McCann Land Surveyors, specifically owner Clay McCann, walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and put me completely at ease throughout. He gave me what was a more than reasonable quote, was prompt and professional, and executed the survey exactly as promised. I couldn't recommend Clay McCann more highly!

I hired Clay McCann Surveying Co. to come out and survey my property for me, because I was new to my neighborhood and thought it would be a good idea to know for sure where exactly my property lines were more accurately....Needless to say after I did my search "McCann's" was who I went with...And thank God He was!!
